Ciao! My name is Silvia, and after 15 years of modelling in Milano and around the world, I moved to the beautiful 't Gooi.
While I traveled, I stumbled upon the amazing variety of local Italian recipes, each region offering its own authentic flavours.
Living peacefully in this charming countryside finally allowed me to unwind and tap into my true passion for cooking.
Inspired by the traditional dishes I grew up with, passed down through my family, I started working as a private chef right here in 't Gooi.
Being part of an Italian family means cooking is a never-ending journey of learning and love!
